    The ERB Full Brim Glow in the dark hard hat has identical safety attributes as the cap style hard hat. however the full brim gives an added measure of safety from falling objects. The full brim also helps protect in harsh weather since the brim wraps completely around the hard hat. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1, 2014 safety regulations. Finally, the Glow mega hard hat comes with a 6 point adjustable suspension in a standard pin lock, or with a ratchet style knob for easy adjustments.
